These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", or "you") and odibet ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at odibet.bid.

odibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the odibet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering an account with odibet, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. • In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods while odds are recalculated. Bets placed during a suspension may be rejected without liability to odibet.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or other corrupt practices in connection with a bet will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

odibet's total cumulative liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their odibet account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

odibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited conduct.
• The player's account is the subject of a law enforcement inquiry, court order, or regulatory investigation.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The player has voluntarily requested account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds or funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. odibet will endeavour to process such returns within 10 business days of account closure confirmation.
